Day 9 (wooooo so many of the things to do)

Sorry about yesterday! A day was taken off for the CAHSEE (ahahaha more like to relax). I hope you all had a nice two days with no responsibilities! Now back to work! Be sure to start memorizing your lines in the updated script (once again, much obliged, Joyce)! There shouldn't be too much more, because most of the changes were additions to the deductions. Go Joyce! However, a new problem has arisen. With the write-in of Anderson, a character that Sherlock despises on many different levels, we need someone from outside the group to appear in camo or someone needs to do two roles (it's only one or two lines, people!). We will discuss what to do tomorrow (either during class or lunch), so try not to be absent (ahem ahem you know who you are). How much work should we put into the TotS project?

Also, be sure to watch the assigned BBC Sherlock episodes ("A Study in Pink" and "The Blind Banker"). This should take around three hours, so do your best to watch them on Friday or something before we work more on the project. Once you have, be sure you screenshot (I know you're either going to watch it illegally or on Netflix so...) your favorite lines so I can go back and make gifs out of them! Research was due last Saturday, and the paper itself is due this Saturday. All other due dates (recording, editing, and the portfolio) should be during the end of spring break (no specific dates yet), so let us all put all of our effort into finishing quickly! Day 7

Due dates will be posted tomorrow! Good job to everyone that has finished their work! The script is basically finished, unless we decide to add more. Yay Joyce! Also, Jidam has finished his research paper. Another good sign we're off on the right track. We need to discuss how we're going to present the portfolio and clothing (besides suits) for our characters! This was a good week, though! Keep up the hard work!

Joyce edited the script today (Everyone give Joyce a round of applause!!!). Roles have been assigned. Be sure to start memorizing your parts!

Also, apparently the other Sherlock group is doing the same scene. Boo. Let's go destroy them all >:[. Welp, the script has been written by a hard worker (oops) so maybe Mr. Chung will give us priority....???

Remember to watch the two assigned Sherlock episodes, "A Study in Pink" and "The Blind Banker". These are what our script is based off of, so watching these would help you get in-character! Also, don't be intimidated by the homosexual undertones (heh heh Grant). That's not what the show is about (or is it???).

But seriously, guys, you have got to watch it! Also make sure to tell me your favorite parts/lines so I can start making gifs out of them! That is all for today! Byeeeee

Day 6 (whoops).

Welp. Today, basically, Joyce worked on the script. We had other things to do so our apologies, Joyce! Commence: Watching Sherlock Episode 1 (Kota). Woo. Research was due today, so make sure you all did your stuff. Here's an idea: let's all say our favorite lines of BBC Sherlock episodes (1 and 2 are assigned! Remember to watch them by next Saturday!) and make gifs out of them! So many, of the fun, will be had.
